Our business was founded by three professionals with varied backgrounds and experience. They came together to develop a local professional cleaning company,  with their shared core principles and values at the centre of its ethos.

Morgan Perkins

Operations Director

He works closely with our Techne Solutions operatives, and is responsible for everything from hiring new team members and employee training, through to personally ensuring that our high standards are consistently delivered. With 18 years in the service industry, Morgan has a strong understanding of customer needs. He takes great pride in ensuring that expectations are delivered and exceeded. With years of hands on experience, he passes on his knowledge to all of our team members.

John Bergman

Business & Accounts Director

John has 35 years’ experience developing businesses , big and small. These businesses cover a multitude of industries including publishing, retail, performance management, property investment & development, waste processing, finance and internet start-ups. He is passionate about enhancing the cleaning industry’s use of technology to deliver better service and greater professionalism. John facilitates the smooth running of the Techne Solutions functions, including finance, strategy and compliance.

Gordon Coleclough

Sales & Marketing Director

Gordon is the relationship builder – always striving to develop and nurture working relationships. He will always be happy to meet new and existing clients to ensure that their specific cleaning requirements are catered for. With a background in the service industry (including lettings and property management) Gordon understands the needs of landlords, tenants, agents and property managers.

Joshua Whelan

Operations Manager

Having started with Techne Solutions in the early years as a part-time cleaner, Josh progressed to Operations Manager. He has worked in all parts of the business from End of Tenancy cleaning to contracted venue cleaning and then subsequently Supervising and Management. Josh is a pragmatic all-round leader; not only does he continually strive to deliver excellence, he is always nurturing relationships with both our clients and team.

Cameron Butterworth

Assistant Operations Manager

Cameron is integral to the smooth running of our Operations team at Techne Solutions. He is always there to support the management team, cleaning team and our customers. Priding himself on efficiency, responsiveness and delivering the highest standards of service, Cameron is a fundamental part of Techne Solution’s continued success and growth.

Natasha Harrop

Office Manager

As Office Manager, Natasha has a diverse knowledge and involvement in all aspects of the business. From Finance, Human Resources, Internal & External Audits to various systems that are vital in our day-to-day organisation, Natasha’s assistance and support to all of the Techne Solutions team is invaluable.

Piet Van Der Grinten

End of Tenancy Manager

With decades of experience in the service industry, Piet is the face of our End of Tenancy team. From meeting landlords, tenants, estate agents and inventory clerks to managing our End of Tenancy team, Piet has a superb ability to deliver the highest standards at every touchpoint.
